I would like to propose that the vehicle limits in a match be tweaked.
HAVs == 1 vehicle Dropships == .5 of a vehicle LAVs == .25 of a vehicle
I believe that this would incentivize the use of vehicles aside from the current tank spam.

The real problem lies with the vehicles themselves. You have a point, though I am fairly certain that this would be a good short term solution that has the side effect of getting CCP more vehicle data more rapidly which would allow them to enact balancing sooner

With that many LAV's they should make a map with a racetrack. Not necessarily, you have to figure that there would be at least a tank or two that would make it out. Each tank that gets out prevents two dropships or 4 LAVs from getting out. Beyond that, the other vehicles would help to block the tank spam, I think it would lead to more vehicle diversity on the battlefield (which is a good thing).
